What is OneDrive?

OneDrive is a personal file storage service for your SEBTS staff/faculty/student data.

Is it free?

Yes, it is included for free with your SEBTS account as long as you are active faculty, staff, or student.. Students will be notified of deletion when their active student status lapses for any reason.


How much space do I get?

All users get 1TB (1 Terabyte = 1,000 GB [Gigabytes]) of storage space.



How do I access the service?


Method #1 - Use a web browser for instant access and zero device storage

You can log in to office.com with your SEBTS credentials (use "Work or School account"). Then choose OneDrive from your home page or application launcher menu.




Method #2 - Use a mobile app

OneDrive is available for all major mobile operating systems.


Method #3 - Use the desktop sync app (non-Citrix users only)

  1. Download or Launch the desktop app (PC or Mac). Click here to download

  2. Sign in with your SEBTS credentials:


Be sure to open settings and verify Files on Demand is enabled to save space on your computer!
