The Housing Office collects an Occupant Fee ten days prior to move-in. Rent for the month of move in is pro-rated and paid through Accounting Services by the close of the following business day after move-in. The Pet Fee, if applicable, is also paid through Accounting Services. Families and single students in private apartments are required to have the utilities transferred into their name within five business days of moving in. The utility companies may require a deposit.
